WOD

100 Thrusters with 20lbs for time
every minute on the minute do 3 burpees 24:00

BREAKFAST - banana,bacon,coffee
SNACK - cashews
LUNCH - bison sausage, peppers, 3 squares dark chocolate
SNACK - banana
DINNER - 2 chicken wings, salad with chicken,tomatoes,cucumber, salsa
